Founder
Our Founder, Ann Heckathorne, is a bit passionate about her job! Also, she is a bit addicted to spreadsheets! She likes working with businesses from 1 to 40 employees the most, because she can watch the business grow and thrive. Then, if she can show a small business how to have employee benefits like a big business, she is on a roll. She has a Journalism background and you might see that in her goal to simplify insurance jargon. Married to an Accountant, with 4 healthy, smart and sometimes rambunctious teenagers, she enjoys living in the San Diego area. Her favorite hobby is genealogy. Or digital restoration of worn photos. Or spreadsheets. Don't get her started on spreadsheets.
